We accept returns on non-personalized items within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging.
2. Personalized Items
Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. This includes any product that has been customized with a name, date, design, or other unique specifications.
We take great care in ensuring your personalized item is made to your exact specifications. Please double-check your order for accuracy before completing your purchase.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or a store credit for the value of the damaged item.
Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect to help us process your claim efficiently.
4. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged.
For items being returned, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.
